As a small Australian brand supplying hand made products, we produce in limited runs to maintain quality, safety standards and thoughtful design. Pre-ordering helps us reduce waste and over production, ensure premium quality control, deliver thoughtfully made products and offer early release access.

Every OH XAVY carrier is hand made and undergoes careful production and quality checks before dispatch. This is to ensure safety, durability and comfort for your little one.

We believe in full transparency. You will receive order confirmation immediately, production updates via email, shipping confirmation and tracking once dispatched.
